Mother’s Day gift vouchers are redeemable for the specific experience selected at the time of purchase.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Sessions are conducted online via Zoom unless otherwise arranged.

Bookings are essential and subject to availability.

To begin the process, recipients are required to book a complimentary Personal Welcome & Clarity Call using the booking link provided on the voucher.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift vouchers are transferable to another person if the original recipient is unable to attend.

Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of that session.

KDLCoaching reserves the right to reschedule sessions where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
