Believe in yourself, take on your challenges, dig deep within yourself to conquer fears. Never let anyone bring you down. You got to keep going.

Introduction:

The consistent theme I’m finding with many women, is that they feel lost. Like they’ve lost their way in their own life and lost touch with who they really are.

Often for us women, we’re too busy looking after everyone and everything life throws at us, plus add to that, getting crowded out by all the noise of today’s online society, that it’s too easy to lose track of who we are.

The number 1 reason for this is foundational: we are so distracted by everything around us that our mind forms a habit of focusing outside ourselves and getting stuck there.

We live in such a fast-paced, noisy world that our mind takes over and is always on alert at everything and everyone outside us, outward focused. The reality is that what we need to live fulfilling and successful lives, is actually inside us, which due to our obsession with outside focus, has become like an untapped resource.

With that said, here are 3 important ingredients that will help you live your life and experience a career with purpose that is fulfilling and successful! 👊

1. Discover and develop a strong sense of self-awareness

SELF- AWARENESS

The essential ingredient to living the life you love and reaping the wonderful benefits is to gain a high level of self-awareness. Bring your focus inside yourself to your heart space and your gut space (which I call your soul level), and to your thoughts; the language you use when speaking to yourself and the language you use during your perceptions of life observations in general.

Now it’s time to roll up your sleeves and get down and do your deepest work to discover everything about yourself that makes you uniquely you! This is the most rewarding work you can do in your life, and because you are your life, it will be the most valuable thing you can do in your lifetime!

2. Operating from your 'whole' self

CONGRUENCE

It is scientifically proven that the matter that constitutes a brain is also found in our heart and in our gut, and each of these have their own prime functions. During our lifetime, life experiences and events that result in emotions such as hurt, fear, embarrassment, etc., can result in a fierce need to protect ourselves from further emotions and situations. So unconsciously and unbeknown to us, we go into a mode of self-preservation and start running unconscious programs that protect us and keep us living in our ‘safe place’. Our heart and gut quieten down and our unconscious mind takes over to protect us from further pain and hurt.

Our unconscious mind is always serving to protect us and keep us safe, that it’s job! However, it doesn’t always get it right and in the process, our emotions and our experience of life that deliver heart-centred joy, happiness, fulfillment and success, become lost in unconscious ‘self-preservation’ translation.

To live our lives to the fullest we need to be operating from our highest sense of wisdom, and this requires Congruence: the multiple integration of all our three brain spaces of the ‘Head, Heart and Gut.’ All operating freely and beautifully in their prime function capacity, working together in agreement as our mind and body is designed to do.

3. Finding your truth results in a clear and passionate conviction to your life's purpose

CONVICTION

From the Merriam-Webster Dictionary:

Q/. What are the characteristics of a person with conviction?

A/. “Conviction is the strong belief that a behavior is right, moral, and consistent with your deeper values. It offers a kind of certainty, not about the world, but about the morality of your own behaviour.”

.........................................................

When your head, heart and gut are working together in congruence, you will be operating and serving yourself from your highest place of wisdom. Your heart is open, fully and freely to give love and receive love. You have a thorough knowledge and appreciation of who you are and all your strengths, your true identity, what drives you and what fulfills you.

When you operate and live your life from this place, your ability to connect and contribute to those you love and the world you live in, is rewarding beyond measure.

Once you gain a deep understanding, appreciation and love of yourself, all the external noise and voices that previously held you back, kept you stuck and living with confusion and self-doubt will melt away and disappear. Your Life’s Purpose and what brings you fulfillment and success will be clear and you will live it from your happiest and highest-self. Your Life Purpose, with conviction!
