Letter From Karen

With over 20 years experience in Leadership and Management, one thing that stands out is how much the quality of Leadership impacts the experience, fulfillment and success of workplaces and their people, including the Leaders themselves.

I've seen good Leaders subjected to stress, burnout and overwhelm that has impacted their mental, emotional and physical health. I've seen good people leave their jobs, and businesses struggling due to unsettled and even toxic workplace cultures.

I believe most people have great intentions and are doing their best, but are lacking one major ingredient in their career - the right coaching and training that includes a powerful combination of personal and professional development. For professional Leaders, one without the other is not enough.

KDLCoaching was born out of my mission to provide the utimate coaching programs that help Leaders grow and thrive in their professional career and their life. From Personal Breakthrough programs to Advanced Leadership Skills programs, Leaders have access to further growing their professional tool-kit, develop increased confidence and the skills to better manage and care for their emotional and mental health and wellbeing and that of their teams.
